2) Some hot airfares.

I’ve come across some really good fares on the airlines respective websites worth sharing.

Etihad has a 40% off sale. Mostly flights to Asia, Phuket Business R18,000, Economy from R6500 after September 15th to May 2017.

Ethiopion Airlines to Mumbai India for R4,800 is the lowest I’ve seen in ages.

Air Seychelles to Mahe or Praslin from R5000 out JNB, local flights on SAA works out to R500 return for the domestic when ticketed in one booking, unfortunately no stopovers permitted. Air Seychelles is also running a competition for flights booked and flown on them from 15 July to 31st August, 2016

I’m all on this as this includes domestic from most cities.

Tip: Here you can credit your miles to Etihad and via the family bonus members you can receive up to 9x flyers miles as the head of the account).

Tip: If you intend staying at a unbranded hotel remember you can use rocketmiles.com to generate airline miles off your stays, this again split up can get 9x members miles to your account, I just maxed 9x bookings in Maldives when rocketmiles.com was offering 3000-10000 miles per booking. Result: More free 1st class award redemptions on Etihad worth close to 100k, maybe more..
